By accessing or using spirkz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

spirkz is a mobile app for short-form videos built exclusively for education. The app is currently in pre-launch, and this website exists to present it and let you sign up for launch updates. The spirkz app itself will be governed by its own terms of service, made available when it launches on the App Store and Google Play.

You may use this site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with the site's operation, scraping content at scale, or using the site to transmit anything harmful or unlawful.

All content on this site — including the spirkz name, logo, text, graphics, images and design — is owned by spirkz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

If you sign up for launch notifications, you consent to receiving emails from us about the spirkz launch and product updates, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. Signing up does not create any obligation for us to launch the app by a particular date or with particular features.

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Information about the spirkz app — including features, availability and launch timing — is preliminary and may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, spirkz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This site may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as the App Store, Google Play or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
